Peter Staritz

Peter Staritz, Graduate Researcher, The Robotics Institute, Carnegie Mellon University. Mr. Staritz has lead the design and construction of two walking robots. In addition, he has researched a number of topics for robotic applications including live gas main inspection and live high tension line inspection. He has also conducted research at NASA's Langley Research Center that will help determine the radiation dosages accrued during interplanetary flight. He created databases to help maintain the Bioregenerative Life Support facilities at Kennedy Space Center. Peter received his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering in 1998 from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.   Peter is the lead mechanical engineer for Skyworker.
